110年慈濟大學執行成果及亮點
Tzu Chi University’s Accomplishments in 2021
本校高教深耕計畫呼應校務中長程發展的願景-形塑慈濟大學為培育富有志工精神的專業人才及全球志工繼續進修之大學的「國際性專業志工大學」及「實踐永續發展目標之典範學校」。
The Higher Education Sprout Project requests that every University set mid-term and long-term development goals. Thus, Tzu Chi University decided to be a model university that prepares students to become professionals with the spirit of volunteerism, assist volunteers around the world to pursue their lifelong education, and carry out sustainable development practices.

【校務研究引領校務整體發展】
Carried out institutional research for guiding the University to establish its policies, practices, and programs
◎本校完成10個校務議題分析模組(包含:大一新生學習銜接適應調查分析、大學生創新創業態度等),結果於校級會議報告並供決策參考。
The University completed twelve modules for analyzing issues it faced, such as analysis of freshmen’s learning adaptation and students’ boldness toward innovation and entrepreneurship. The IR Office presented these results for the University’s administrators to help them make decisions.
【確保學生學習成效,落實學用合一保障就業】
Ensured students’ learning effectiveness, thus narrowing the gap between their University learning and employers’ expectations in the workplace, and helping them to pursue their desired jobs
◎慈大師生學以致用與台北慈濟醫院、中研院合作開發IgM/IgG雙抗體檢測試劑的公衛防疫效益獲2021「SNQ國家品質標章認證」。
The University worked with Taipei Tzu Chi Hospital and the Academia Sinica to develop an IgM/IgG antibody detection kit. The kit has passed numerous evaluations and won the 2021 Symbol of National Quality (SNQ) Award, assuring the public of the product’s safety and quality.
◎本校專業證照相關系所考照通過率,持續優於全國平均。110年度醫學系醫師(二)國考再次100%全數通過;護理學系護理師國考通過率98.78%,遠高於全國平均55.88%;物理治療師國考61.54%,遠高於全國平均27.12%。
For many years, the passing rates of various National Licensure Examinations taken by the University’s graduating students have been higher than national averages. In 2021, all medical students passed Phase II of the National Licensure Examination for Physicians. An astounding 98.78% of the nursing students passed their Licensure Examination, higher than the national average of 55.88%. Moreover, 61.54% of the social work students passed the exams, above the national average of 27.12%.
◎本校107~110學年度連續4年就學穩定率維持9成以上。依據畢業生流向調查,110年畢業生待業率為2.18%。
From 2018 to 2021, more than 90% of students decided to continue their studies at the University. Moreover, at the end of 2021, 2.18% of the University’s graduates were still looking for jobs.
◎本校已連續104~110年度獲「教育部青年發展署大專校院推動職涯輔導計畫」補助,今年以「IPE跨系跨專業團隊學習並培養護理素養計畫」獲創新類計畫補助。
From 2015 to 2021, the University has received grants for the Career Counseling Program, funded by the Youth Development Administration of the Ministry of Education. This year, the University presented the project of Organizing IPE Inter-Departmental and Multi-Professional Team to Assist Nursing Students to Enhance Their Literacy and received grants for its innovative endeavors.
◎本校【天空學院】製作的「星球能源與永續發展」MOOC課程,獲得2020第一屆全國線上推廣教育獎【課程內容類】佳作獎。
A Learning Paradise’s MOOCs course, Planetary Energy and Sustainable Development, won the Excellent Course Award bestowed by the Taiwan Open Education Symposium.
◎本校通識教育中心與東華大學合作「教育部潔淨能源系統整合與應用人才培育計畫」,開設「醫院建築節能實務」、「SGS證照班」兩門課程,獲績優專業技術訓練課程獎。
The Center for General Education worked with National Dong Hua University on the project of Building A Clean Energy System and Preparing Students to Become Professionals in the Field, funded by the Ministry of Education, and offered two courses: Energy Saving Practice for Hospital Building; and SGS Certification. As a result, the University won the award bestowed by the Ministry of Education for providing excellent training courses.
◎本校兒家系推展家庭教育成效卓越,獲教育部110年度「表揚推展家庭教育績優團體奬」。受花蓮縣政府委託經營管理「花蓮縣洄瀾親子館」及「光復親子館-花蓮縣光復鄉托育資源中心」。
The Department of Child Development and Family Studies has worked with Hualien County Government to manage Parent-Child Centers in Hualien City and Guangfu Township for several years. This year, the University received the Ministry of Education’s Award for Promoting Family Education.
◎本校獲得北一區「110年教育部品德教育特色學校」。
The Ministry of Education awarded the University the 2021 Outstanding University in Implementing Character Education.
◎本校特色三軌輔導制度成效獲得國際期刊(BMC Medical Education)發表。
A faculty member published a paper in BMC Medical Education introducing the University’s endeavors to work with academic advisers, counselors, and members of the Tzu-Cheng and Yi-Te Association to support and assist students in managing their studies and daily lives.

Enhanced faculty development system and augmented research endeavors
◎109學年度教學滿意度調查結果低於3.5分(5分量表)之課程數由前一學年度0.76%再降低至0.55%。
In 2020, only 0.55% of the University’s courses received 3.5 or less in course evaluation surveys, down from 0.76% in the previous year.
◎史丹佛大學公佈「2020全球前2%頂尖科學家」,本校六位教授入榜,分別為護理學系賴惠玲教授、泌尿學科郭漢崇兼任教授、內科學科蔡任弼副教授(本校醫學系校友)、內科學科廖光福助理教授、婦產學科丁大清教授、前藥理學毒理學專家李哲夫教授,研發能量備受國際肯定。
Stanford University published 2020 Top 2% Scientists in the world. Tzu Chi University’s six faculty members were on the list. They are Professor Hui-Ling Lai, Professor Hann-Chiang Kuo, Professor Jen-Pi Tsai, Professor Kuan-Fu Liao, Professor Dah-Ching Din, and Professor Tony J.F. Lee. The world recognized the research endeavors of these faculty members.
◎110年獲外部計畫:連續兩年輔導教師提案申請教育部「教學實踐研究計畫」,通過件數共15件,通過率平均75% (109年全國平均通過率45%)。連續兩年獲「教育部大專校院創新創業教育計畫」補助425萬元、近三期共獲教育部新南向計畫補助約975萬元、教育部「大學深化數位學習推動與創新應用計畫」第三年獲340萬補助、教育部「品格華語計畫」補助100萬、首次申請即獲教育部「智慧晶片應用與聯網技術課程計畫」。106學年度~109學年度連續獲「教育部精進師資素質計畫」補助。
In 2021, the University received various grants listed below:
▪ In 2020 and 2021, 75% of faculty members who applied for the MOE Teaching Practice Research Program received grants, compared with the national average of 45% in 2020.
▪ In 2020 and 2021, the University received NT$4.25 million from the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Program funded by the Ministry of Education.
▪ In 2019, 2020, and 2021, the University received NT$9.75 million from the Ministry of Education’s New Southbound Program.
